No, because i don't want "real visitors", they can close the site under immediately. I just need french "views" on my landing page

if you want European traffic you can try virtualrealtyinfo, the traffic is a little cheaper but is counted in Google stats for which every part of the world you are targeting.
Have you tried fiverr. Maybe you can find somebody there, who can send you french traffic. I hope that helps a little bit.
Why not running a Facebook ad campaign?You can easily target french people there and also can run your ad campaign based on CPM.
The CPM is 3$ And i can not use facebook because my cpm is 1.3 (i don't speak about banner views but page views)
