    I have tried to keep my website as Search Engine Friendly as possible but still haven't ranked above 0. What's wrong?

    I visit your site. Its to simple design I think. If you want to increase rank for your site, you should be a lot of doing, such as apply SEO method, build backlink, write regular content, or other increase rank strategy.

    Your site is not an wise idea. I just checked and it publishes the page with the content you just made default in your edit-box.

    The main problem is anyone can write anything(obscenity, abusive etc) against anybody and publish through your site which will definitely lead a cyber crime. On happening such crime, you will be liable as the site owner, not the person who published it ANONYMOUSLY(because you have given the chance of anonymity). It doesn't matter what disclaimer page you have included, as you are not a Reputed & big brand like Google, WordPress etc.

    I tried your link and got a "page unavailable" error. What do you mean not ranked above 0? Are you referring to page rank? If you are, then you just need lots of backlinks from high authority pagerank sites. Check out services offering high pr backlinks, especially from wiki and edu sites. Take a look at fiverr.com to get these cheap.

    I think you change your domain ".co.cc" because google can not support for co.cc domain.

    Ya. I agree with thegioivt, .co.cc domain are banned by Google. You will never get ANY traffic from them because they would NEVER even index your site.

    And your site doesn't load for me also, so can't say anything about your SEO.
