    I would remove these big share buttons, they look ugly. Put them under posts instead.

    If you want to add number of clicks to your Google AdSense add the text blog of AdSense in your content .
    And add post or page slideshow to your sidebar(with images) .

    To improve your websites look I suggest you to make the slideshow cover the full width of the webpage, it will look nicer. Secondly the social sharing buttons, they are acquiring unnecessary space when active, locate these buttons to the left side instead of right.
