    Depending on how you'd like to earn that 10 bucks, here are my answers

    -article writing (best sites for this are needanarticle, qualitygal, iwriter, constantcontent, textbroker): this will let you get that $10 within 2 hours if not less. Oh I didn't mention Fiverr.com or mechanical turn (Google these if you're not familiar)

    -freelancing (you now the best places: freelancer.com, odesk.com, elance.com) Your best chances of getting something more long-term are here.

    -if you'd like to make that money via online businesses, you'll have to be more patient. Whether you'll build your own site, blog or niche site or whatever, it can take months... However, the payoff will be a lot higher as well

    Earning $10 a month is not a great deal, aim for some higher you can earn $10 a month by writing just one article which requires not more than 2 or 3 hours.

    $10 a month through adsense? I would say you'd need to pull about 1,000 unique visitors to your site every week.

    $10 may only be his first goal. If you would like to make real money, stop using ptc-s and start working on a website you are intrested in. Then you can do it as a hobby which makes more money than ptc :)
