I think every business need word of mouth, no matter how big or successful they are in their niche. Word of mouth is a good tool to market any business that want to take things to the next level. Word of mouth is the cheapest way to advertise any business or service.

Word of mouth is very powerful and can surely get you far in your business. It may be a little hard though to get people starting to talking about your business though. You would really have to make them overly satisfied for them to even spread your business/product.

    LOL

Isn't this the point of using social media? For a business, your customers are what will really get your social media buzzing. If you have positive feedback on your product or service, talk to these people and ask them to post something on facebook, like your page, g+ circle, follow on twitter, etc. There word of mouth on these sites can go a long way..

word of mouth is a powerful tool for products marketing. It can show the customers how this product works and the experiences after using the product to help other clients to choose or not. So the quality of the product is especially important. That matters the clients experiences.

Word of mouth is an important marketing tool for both new as well as existing products and services. It expresses the customer's satisfaction about the product or service and helps in building the goodwill of the brand. It also shows the brand loyalty a customer may have for a brand.
Previously, the word of mouth was through gossips, chats, discussions but word of mouth now spreads through the social media platform. This is what companies are trying to create through social media marketing.

Word of mouth is still one the strongest and most effective marketing strategy since the old age. if established companies ignore negative word of mouth marketing campaign from their competitors soon or later it will eventually turn to be a negativefinancial report

Even established businesses launch new products from time to time, and to get traction for those they could definitely benefit from some word of mouth advertising.
