Experts, I want little help from you in selecting keyword..
I want to start a new website.
Suppose I have 'dental health' keyword and 'dental health care' keyword..
'dental health' is having near about over 20 million search with medium competition.
    And
'dental health care' have nearly 50,000 search..with medium competition.
...if I could not get dentalhealth (.) com
And if I can get dentalhealthcare (.) com
    ..
then can I get advantage of both keywords...can I still have advantage of 'dental health' keyword in my other domain?
Or my website is out of race for 'dental health' and only illegible for 'dental health care'.??
    ....
And if I select 'dentalhealthcare (.) com then, can I get advantage of 50000 traffic, since .com domain with exact keywords easily get top position..??
    .
Please help me out. I am newbie in this..
    * keywords and websites here are only for examples, , they got already registered long ago..

the priority of the keywords matter when they have a lot of competition.
u should go for that keyword which is often searched more and gets more results than any other keyword.
go for the first keyword only. all the best

I would strongly suggest that you go for the longer domain name. Because like you said, if you were in the dental health niche you will be able to target both "dental health" and "dental health care" as your keyword phrases. This will help you to get more traffic.

I also agree with you, briantimes. But before you go ahead, i would like to give you one suggestion. According latest google EMD (Exact Match Domain) algorithm Update, This Update will affect your website keyword ranking for your main keyword targeted in your website domain.

When you looked for competition did you used the exact search option or it was broad or phrase?

Good keywords, but you need a few more. Two keywords for a site are too few.

if you are talking about just domain name then dentalhealth (.) com is best choise but when you talk about rankings, it will take more time and resources for ranking for dental health rather than dental health care.

If you are in long race, you should go for dentalhealth (.) com which can be ranked for all dental health related keywords, Moreover you should also try to add more keywords related to dental health.
