What is the method for omtimizing sites that are not in English language ?

    Could anyone help me, what would be the right method for OFF PAGE seo of those sites are not in English language and i want to optimize that site for a certain country ?

    Example,
    www.dedordogne.nl (URL)

    dordogne (KEYWORD)

    www.google.nl ( TARGET)

    Well honestly this is a very challenging one. but I think you can rank by creating a quality content with specific language. also you need to distribute contents on specific country for your content to have a visitors. don't forget to use more .nl friendly site where you can find by searching a related kw + filtered search result from google.nl... but this one is challenging... you have to supply the demand of your client for your firm not to have a bad name....

According to me you have to do off-page optimization but remember that choose your nearest languages website. Content is king at that time. Try to write website content should be unique and proper language, no grammatical mistakes.

    The some methods of SEO Off-Page Optimization are:
    Directory (search your local directory)
    Social Bookmarking (search your local directory)
    Blog Commenting (search your local directory)
    Forum (search your local directory)
    Classified Ads (search your local directory)
    Article Posting (search your local directory)
    Blog Creation etc.

    Would you kindly share some information ? like, If i am going to do social bookmarking, article submission, directory submission then what should be the description language.... Is it in English or other language ?

    For Off Page submission I think you should go for regional classified , articles, blogs etc means country specific domains.This will be helpful for optimizing to your site..
