how to get more traffic of my own blogs?

Actually,i have four blogs and they are about fashion accessories and home decor.But unforunately,there are not so much traffic of these blogs and i don't know why.I do a lot of site promotion and seo work but it doesn't work.So anyone has some suggestions?
