    I use, and like, Market Samurai. It's a one-time-fee program, and they have another product called Domain Samurai that is currently free and includes the keyword research module. I use Market Samurai for a lot of different keyword research and tracking purposes. So that's my vote.

    MKT SAM used to be the best but since they switched to Bing data Im not so sure anymore (least they announced they were going to several months back).

    All of the major KW tools use Googles Adwords for most of their data, and typically allow you options that Google doesnt in webmasters tools.
