    Backlinks actually pass link juice. Like if your link is posted on digital forum and that particular page has pr 4 for instance it will pass its PR to your website. Thats what is called Link Juice but how much thats what only google knows :)

    If you provide well-written, relevant comments that are clearly not spam, it will help your site by contributing to a natural-looking backlink profile and send Google a signal to index your site. Most blog comment links are no-follow, but that doesn't mean that they're useless.
