    I think SEO Quake and google toolbar is good tool to know anything like (PR, backlinks, index, cache, age, SERP etc.) about a website.

    No need to use tools to know about PR-SEEP-Back-links etc..IF you are using Mozilla's Fire Fox there are add-ons available for each and every seo utilities in that browser itself...Use that it shows exact updated results..The Fire Fox is best browser to know about SEO.
