Homepage is too long and boring looking - break it up into smaller articles with 'more' links and add a few images here and there to break the text up more.Actually it's my personal suggestion.

Nice clean website! Perhaps in the header section you can put a colorful flash web banner that contains animation. You need more design work and colors to make your sit aesthetically pleasing.
The site is developed from blogging platforms. But it is really nice website with professional developments.
