    I bought one from T1pt2p. Smooth transfer. Took a little longer than 2 days but that was most likely vbulletin delay. You will get an email from vb asking to confirm then after you do that, they will complete transfer in 1-2 days.

    The email will tell you vb policy on license transfers. That this license can only be transferred once and after that no more transfers.
