could easily be done on wordpress. Honestly should cost you under 100$ but people are charging ridiculous pricing right now for whatever reason.

 

Like Kriptonyc said, it can be done with wordpress. If you have time you can set wordpress up yourself and buy a theme that you like. It is always cheaper to do things on your own then hiring others since they can make up their own prices.

That site require A LOT MORE effort than just slap a "premium" theme into WordPress.

We do these quite often with IDX (Live Real Estate) feeds integrated. IDX broker is not free, and this will knock out all the people who do this for pocket change, but it is affordable, and quite customizable. They run the feeds on their server, so it does not bog down your server. The actual site itself, we do them in Wordpress and Joomla, generally we get 3-5K each. This includes complete design to your specifications, and approval, custom coding, including theme, custom plugins, etc. You get what you pay for, I am not saying you have to pay 5K, but 100 bucks is a little cheap IMO. We are happy to give you a free consultation.

 

EXACTLY! Quality sites that are cross browser compliant, responsive, etc. etc. especially running IDX integration, there is no way to do this under a grand, and make a living. Maybe if you live in your mothers basement.
