How to indentify mulitple links from the same site?

Looking for a bit of help here folks.

If I were running a Social Media Campaign and I was using 5 different phrases but all containing the same link

eg
1, Use Product XYZ its fantastic for 124 - <linkhere>
2. If you want brilliant results use Product XYZ - <linkhere>
3. Product XYZ beats all competition hands down, find out how - <linkhere>

Now if all of those links were the same, its difficult to know which of the 3 phrases is being the most successful.

I'm pretty sure there is something you can put at the end of the link to indentify it.. but not sure what it is.

To track which content brought the traffic use Google URL Builder - http://support.google.com/analytics/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=1033867

Create a url from the above link and use it in your caimpaign, with this you can easily track which content brought visits.

It will allow you to add custom parameters to your URL's

Yes you can do.
Social Bookmarking websites take it different ways.
like : http://www.google.com & http://www.google.com/ & http://google.com
social bookmarking sites take it as 3 urls.
