Hey guys I am pretty new to digital point, so I wanted to make one of my first post a serious contribution to the board. With that being said here is my literal SEO blueprint that has gotten me to my level of SEO income. Hope you enjoy First off though, when I say $300-400 a day I am ONLY talking about the income I generate from sites that I personally own. While I still create sites and do very well from SEO, most of my income now comes from clients of my agency or online businesses I run. So with that being said here is exactly how I have gotten to $300-400 a day and create SEO sites that survive updates The Two Types Of Sites That Make My Income The first thing I have to point out is that I make 2 types of SEO sites. These are Fast Ranking Niche Sites These are the usual stereotypical niches sites you see. These make up about 20% of my SEO income. I flip most of these and am NOT a huge fan of these types of sites. Why? Because Google actively tries to kill them. I know no matter how good my SEO is, they will eventually get tanked. I am all about long term income. Dont get me wrong these can be extremely profitable (especially when flipped) as well as extremely passive. But again I want to get rich and stay rich so I try not to focus on these as much as my other type of site Large Extremely Competitive Authorities These are large sites that people actually use, and are fueled by SEO traffic. I have 5 of these at the moment. They make up about 80% of my SEO income. I love these sites because they are a blast to work on, they eventually become EXTREMELY competitive, and they earn me far more money than a niche site. The down side is they do take work, and since people actually use these sites they are not totally passive. I have 2 employees who help me run some of these sites So with that being said...Here is my exact strategy for ranking and monetizing these sites My Fast Ranking Niche Site Strategy Step 1 : Keyword Research First off keyword research is the single most important skill in SEO. The end I know some people might disagree and say it is all about backlinking. But at the end of the day your backlinking can only be so good AND even if you suck at backlinking you can pay someone to do it for you or just buy links. With that being said, I do a totally different type of keyword research. The big difference between my research is that I DO NOT RELY ON TOOLS TO FIND KEYWORDS. While I will use free tools (majestic, adwords tool) to check the stats of keywords, I rely on my head to find keywords. You see the big issue with using keyword tools to locate keywords is that they have SERIOUS pitfalls. The biggest is they do not have insight on where to look and do not actively look for uncompetitive terms. Keywords tools usually connect keywords by a few things A) Their relation in the english language B)Loose niche connections For example if you type in : Video games, a keyword tool will not bring back the keyword "World of warcraft". This is the BIGGEST video game of all time, and the keyword tool will not make the connection. This is just a SMALL example of a pitfall. With that being said, I released a WSO about 6 months ago showing how I constantly find extremely untapped niches NO...I am not going to sell it to you or even make you opt in. You can download it here for free. (It has already sold around 3k copies..More than enough for me) https://s3.amazonaws.com/DreamNiches/DN+Bonus.zip So instead of me explaining EVERY thing about keyword research. Just read that. In short, the best place to find keywords is NOT keyword tools. Its in the trends of the internet and finding pitfalls in the keyword tools and THEN looking there because no one else will be Step 2 Backlinking First off...I am guilty. When previously bought niche sites I ONLY went after EMDS. Regardless of whether you believe it is still a smart idea to make emd niche sites or not, Google blatantly hates them. For that reason my new niches sites will no longer be EMD Now when it comes to backlinking for niche sites I have two strategy The Strategy With A Budget I am EXTREMELY impatient. There for I use this strategy 9/10 times on my niche sites Also because of my keyword research, it is very rare that I cant rank high on the first page within a month if I just hit a site with juice, so I simply buy the juice. I will go out and purchase 10 PR 2-3 sites. I use a tool called PR powershot to find these sites for about 20-30 a pop. This will cost around 30 bucks each I then make my niche site. I will then turn all of these PR sites I just bought into related niche sites. This is so I can fuel my new niche site with high pr, niche related, epic link juice (pretty much instant page one if your keyword research is right) I do this by making 1 post on the PR site about my niche. I then make all of the metas and onpage SEO line up with the niche. I then leave a SPONSOR BY (link) to my site at the bottom of the page. I use close variations of my main keyword as the anchor text. All n all the sites have highish PR, high relevance, and one outgoing link. This makes them wrecking balls in weak niches. Now of course, having the same anchor text like this is dangerous. You now need to do Basic Backlinking For Niche Sites What I do then is load up scrapebox and ONLY post to PR2+ auto approve blogs. I make 100 of these links. I use random names as the anchor text. This totally desaturates my anchor text profile, but the strong PR sites are the one with the main anchor text. (This is how most big sites work. Normal natural mass links almost never have the right anchor text) I then let the site sit for 1-2 weeks. I will then start hitting it with 300 likes and 300 retweets every 2-3 days. (fiverr) Why? Because legitimate sites that are getting a lot of links also gets social signals. And yes Google watches likes and retweets like a hawk. I then will hit the sites using various tools EVERY day with a bit of link juice from different link sources. CONSISTENCY AND DIVERSITY (I also filter these links through 160 different proxies and spin content to 240%+. I also make sure it is totally readable. In short every article I post is 100% unique, 100% readable, and 100% untrackable...I do not care to start a spinning debate, but I am a strong believer in spinning) Here is an example of a link building routine ( I have this ALL scheduled with programs Mon- 20 PR1 wikis Tues- 4 PDF links Wed - 20 high pr social bookmarks Thurs-20 high pr only comments Friday- 20 authority social profiles (game informer.com, deviant art, etc) Rinse and repeat. I then ALSO send a crap ton of niche related links to my high PR sites. This makes them not only relevant to my niche on page wise, but relevant link wise. In short this virtually nukes any untapped niche. I rarely fail to rank with this. Here is why 1. High PR relevant instant juice right off the bat (usually does the job alone) 2. Social proof justifies my links ("oh this sites getting popular..No wonder its getting links") 3. Untraceable, high pr, diversified, CONSISTENT backlinking. and boom. Its truly that easy. Of course you ALSO need to make sure that your on page SEO on your niche site is right. That is taught in the free course I linked to above Don't Have A Budget? Well here is what you do A) Get a job so that you can have a budget. If you want to REALLY make money from SEO, having at least a $300 per month budget on tools and links will get you results MUCH faster. Is it absolutely required? No...Does it help a ton and make sense? Yes. If 300 a month is unreasonable to invest in your business, it is unreasonable to expect a ton of success. B) Replace the high pr sites with wordpress, tumblr, and blogger blogs. Not NEARLY as effective but it does work So ta da..That is in a nutshell how easy it is to rank niche sites. Remember the key is REALLY FRICKING GOOD keyword research. Now for the more competitive model Extremely Competitive Profitable Authority Site Model Now there is a ton to this, so I want to just overview it. In short, my favorite way to rank for big money competitive keywords with a ton of traffic..is to make sites that DESERVES to belong there. I then use my SEO skills to get them there. Here is everything I do Step 1: Plan The Site I honestly do not plan my sites by keyword research or competition OF COURSE I use common sense. After doing SEO for so long I am not going to go after keywords like "lose weight" or "make money online" What I aim to do is take over a entire niche or become a HUGE player in it. This way your whole site can achieve a broad ranking (you basically rank for any keyword related to your niche without trying.) For example if you search anything College dating related, you will not be able to miss one of my authority sites I created awhile back (warning: this is an extremely offensive immature site..Do not dig for this unless you have a sense of humor..I made this when I was a 20 year old brat) What I do instead is think about a site that I A) Will generally enjoy working on B) Can give a ton of value and good use experience with C) Can be profitable D) Will attract press (more on this in a sec) I basically pick my hobbies or things I know have a big fan base. My goal is to make a site people come back to and actively search for. I will then pick a VERY brand able domain name. Usually has no relation to my keyword (More on this in a sec) Step 2: Generate Natural Traffic and Place Valuable Links Then what I do is go out and attempt to grab relevant traffic from every place I can on the web. Not only does this generate great natural links for my site, but it also gets REAL interested traffic going to my site. I then make SURE to have Google analytics on my site and make sure it is being shared with Google. Why? So that Google sees how people interact with my site. I want them to know I am awesome and I have no intention of hiding from them Is there 110% factual proof that Google ranks sites based on this...No..But do you think they just ignore this? Cmon now... Here is what I use for natural traffic -Stumble upon paid discovery: Okay so this is not technically "natural" traffic. The secret is to TURN it into natural traffic and users For 10 bucks a day I can get 200 relevant visitors to my site. I then write an EXTREMELY controversial or EXTREMELY helpful attention grabbing piece of content and send them to it. I then place a ton of links to other controversial topics in the site on the page of content. Stumble upon traffic is EXTREMELY bouncy but if you do this, you can start getting readers/users almost right away because they cant help but read your content and click links. Boom instant fan base (especially if you get them to subscribe). All reflected in analytics -Forum Traffic Holy crap I love forum traffic. I go out and make account on 5 high traffic niche related forums. (just go to big boards and find the biggest semi related forums in your niche) I then make helpful post...Or extremely controversial post. It truly depends on the niche. Do not spam, and actually contribute to the forum. I then place a extremely enticing signature link with a headline you cant ignore. (My signature on WF is an example of this..Trust me I know it is stupid..but 100 free visitors day just from WF to my latest authority site is not) I then link to a extremely hard to resist page. This page will have headline and places to go that a niche relevant visitor cannot resist. I will then post 5-10 times a day on these 5 different forums. This gets my headline/forum add to often generate 200-300 visitors a day if I do it right. DO NOT SPAM. -Guest Posting/Manipulating The Press No I do not guest post in the typical sense. Posting to other crappy niche sites is pointless What I do is again make a extremely controversial or EXTREMELY helpful informative posts/content on my sites. I then have a excel file with the contact emails of EVERY news source/press site on the web. I also will collect the contact forms of big niche related sites. I then will hit the content with a ton of fake retweets and likes. This makes it look like people are going ape crazy over it (let me explain why in a sec) I will then email every single one of these sites and link to the content. I will then ask if they want something similar or if I can pitch them a article or if they might want to use it as a resource for a story. I usually will have a 20% success rate with this. Here is why Editors/writers at press sites HAVE HAVE HAVE to write and generate content. Finding something new to write about every day is tough. On top of this there content HAS to create views and commotion. This is how sites like huffington post and other sites make money. Content+shares/conversation = conversation. On top of this A TON of these sites do not check their sources because they are so desperate for content. They JUST want a story and page views So when they see my awesome content and then see it is creating a buzz they latch onto it because it is a free easy way to get new content and buzz with zero work. (They also do not check to see if your likes are even real... they are so set on PAGE VIEWS PAGE VIEWS PAGES VIEWS...) This is how many multi million public relations experts get their clients in the press constantly..Ironically it works great for getting links/traffic too So in short...MANY times my 1 month old sites gets linked to from huge news sites or I am able to guest post on HUGE relevant sites. I am talking sites like -Pro blogger -Search engine journal -Huffington post -Fox news -Ask men BOOM, not only do I have HUGE authority links, but I now have tons of traffic coming to my one month old site. With all 3 of those, I have a authority site with authority links and NATURAL INTERESTED traffic in 1-2 months. I have gotten 300-1000 visitors a day with this alone If your site is set up right, you will get subscribers and people ACTIVELY searching Google for your site. Woah...Google now become obsolete if it DOES NOT rank your site But thats not the point. The point is Google is going to go "HOLY CRAP" WE NEED TO RANK THIS NOW.. And that is where the evil SEO comes in Step 3: Evil SEO Okay our site is now a authority and does not even NEED Google. Which means we are in the perfect spot to UTTERLY destroy a SEO niche Here is what I do 1. Create a Google authorship profile for the site. This involves making REAL -Google + page -Facebook page -Twitter -Instagram -Linked in (I just started using this FYI) Fill out ALL of these with heavy niche related info. Then connect them all via Google plus. THEN connect your site to your Google plus with authorship. Why? Because now Google has linked your profile with authority. This means any new content you make takes priority in your niche. THEN, create content on news in your niche. For example, when the EMD update came out, on Source Wave I made a post about guess what... The emd update. This post ranked 5th for the search "EMD update" in less than a hour. Because of my Google authorship Google ranked me with giants like SEOmoz, search engine round table, etc (with zero backlinks) Aka my fairly new sites competes head to head with GIANTS in my niche because of the authority of my authorship 2. Make posts and content targeting keywords in your niche This is where keyword research comes into play. Pretty simple. pick SENSIBLE keywords in your niche and make content optimized for it 3. Link to these posts Here is how I do it I buy 10 PR 4-5 sites. I then make them relevant to my niche. This costs around 1000-2000 dollars. Again if you plan to run a business you need to plan to invest. I then link to these new keyword optimized pages. (No more than 5 links per site) I will then hit each post/page with 1000 likes and retweets. Now it has social momentum And THEN I will hit it with wikis, comments, etc Oh and then guess what I do...Hit up the press and huge sites again. Why? When you have already been sited on big sites, it gets 10x easier to get cited on others. "Oh you wrote for problogger and ask men? Okay your qualified!" The end. When you combine that with natural traffic-big authority links-authoriship-social signals- and untraceable backlinking...Literally nothing can stop your site. You have officially made NOT ranking your site bad for Googles business. Heres where the SUPER QUALITY site comes into play Now that people are flooding your site, they will subscribe, they will come back and they will search for your BRAND name in Google. At this point even a uber penalty will not slow your site down. On top of that if Google slaps your site...People will get PISSED. You wont even HAVE to write the complaint emails. And just like that you own a niche. How To Monetize When I make these types of sites...Here is how I monetize Step 1- Get them to opt in to your list. Learn how to convert traffic NOW Step 2- Build massive trust through value and brand quality Step 3 - Get them on a reocurring payment system for something people in the niche would want. I ALWAYS create my own products and services. Far easier to sell and brand to my lists. 10 dollars a month x 100 people = 1k a month totally passive 10 dollars a month x 1000 people = 10k a month totally passively And this is how internet marketing SEO fortunes are made. Swooo...That was a lot of writing. But there you have it in a nutshell. Everything I do to tear up niches. Hope you enjoyed -Becker
I am glad i reaad this , i have a question for you, sir i actually don't have a lot money to buy scrapebox or other software subscription, though i can afford $5 gigs, i can do it manually even if i have to work 18 hours a day i am willing to do that, please point me in the right direction of how to do it manually, any guideline please... thanks
Thanks for this info. Buying the High PR domains is the key and is an advance skill. How have you been able to keep the PR of your domains and do you register them private?
Good post. When you get an authority site up and running how often do you update it? How often do you build links, and what social angle do you use after it is established?
