    $1,000,000.

In all seriousness, give us more details on functionality of the site etc so we can provide a more accurate estimate.

It could be done on wordpress and you can do it yourself, even make it better if you find a better looking theme. But I think 100-150$ is a normalprice for a site like this without the content.

I'm estimating the price should be around $500 to $1000 for the website design. For the overal with the 3d house would cost you a lot. Just my two cents.

It doesn't have MLS feed, the homes featured on the site are simply AutoCAD generated designs. The user interface design could stand to be improved. Definitely I would charge $900 or less depending upon what features the client asks for. The site can be built on WordPress platform which is probably likely what its built on anyway.

@WebDev Solutions, what you will be giving in $1,000,000 via building a simple site? and I must say drew68 has not asked this to receive a joke.

Even a Magento eCommerce Website do not need such budget and this website is very simple and pricing can be quote on based of requirement. You can PM me for any details.

It might not cost you much for developing a website as this. Find the best and affordable web design and web development company. The rate for website development starts form 25,000 on-wards.

I do not know about cost but loading time of site is too much.

It all depends on the developer that you hire, it could cost up to 1,000+ depending on all the features you want. Although you could find a template that is close to what you like and edit it yourself for a lot cheaper.

I agree with xBlueprint, it will depend on the business you hire. If you try to order from one of the top companies then it will be much higher than a lower ranked company.

I can see that the design isn't that attractive at all, i can see many other real estate websites that have a very much better design and also programming works.

If you're having this built for your own use, a do-it-yourself "gallery" template would work (often provided free with web hosting services). As everyone above has mentioned, using a content management system like Wordpress with a design template would be a simple and inexpensive way create a site like this. A premium Wordpress template usually costs around $50-$100.

If you don't have the time to do that or you're a web designer who's trying to get an idea of what to charge for a similar project, I would expect to pay around $300 for the design and $200 for coding. Personally, I think $500 is a bit much since it's mainly just a sliced Photoshop design with added pictures and text content, but from previous quotes I've gotten, I think that would be a pretty competitive price for a site like this.

Site seems pretty standard, but the listings may require you to sign paperwork with the broker to feed in the MLS listings.
