    You can improve the site header to make it more attractive. It takes a lot of time to load all the content. For this you should change the background for something that does not takes that much time to load. The blue color as background does not help much to highlight the content of each post. Try a brighter color.

    The site looks ugly, im sorry but thats true. There are so many
    better looking free wordpress themes out there.
    Change the header as its bad.
    Overall I'd say 1/10
