    I used for quite a while http://www.auditmypc.com/xml-sitemap.asp
    Be patient as it often does not load on the 1st try.
    Also there is NO LIMIT to the number of links.
    I pulled 20k links on a site with no problem. The only thing u need to do is increase the java memory size limit.

    A1 Sitemap Generator can also create all of above sitemap types :)
    And no fixed limits on URL count (but I usually do not promise more than 100000 URLs, but for many websites/people the limit will be much much higher)
