I go out and run, or take a walk at least. If I don't want to go out I close my eyes, stay still and breathe deeply for a couple of minutes, this will calms my mind and I'll feel much better. Hope, this helps...
I go for a walk. It always seems to relax me and it's very peaceful. If not that, then I sit quietly somewhere I won't be bothered and I focus on my breathing. Long, deep breaths. Fill your lungs and breathe out slowly. Lastly, I do something I love that seems to relax me greatly. Like movies. I can sit back, settle in and watch a good movie and next thing you know, I'm all caught up in the movie and enjoying it, very calm from before and stress just seems to melt off of me. It takes your mind off of whatever was bothering you and let's you get into the moment of the movie experience. It works for me.
I come home and watch a little tv then hit the girlfriend up for some sex.. That usually makes me feel better and relaxed
I like watching something on Netflix or going for a little walk. Going to the gym is also nice sometimes.
Date your girlfriend/boyfriend! Anyway simple! Do what your heart desire that makes you feel comfortable and satisfied. So if you love sport then do it as a hobby like playing tennis, badminton - a good stress reliever indeed. Another good way is maintain your perfect relationship with your special someone, family, friends and co workers. If they don't like you then find those people who likes you... It may sound bit silly but i always hang out with my pet to get myself out from stress coz i love to play with it and i guess it feels the same whenever it gets time with me !
Taking enough sleep is helpful for stress relive. Also smile is effective to release stress. Its scientifically proved that any type of smile helps to release stress. So, when i become stressed then i sleep for long time and try to smile more.
