    Don't waste your time paying for some "SEO program" before you actually know what sort of SEO work you want done. My 2 cents is to focus on quality content, guest blog posts, and targeted manual link building to start out. You could add in some social bookmarking, too. Once you know what you're doing, there's a lot more to be done to benefit your site's rankings. PM me if you want to know what else you can work on.
