    I think because Shawn Hogan is quite famous persona and has a Wikipedia page dedicated for him, you can't have a page on Wikipedia unless you're very rich, very famous or has done something that affected on lots of people life.

    You need to optimized your Google+ profile with your website (Company name), You need followers in your circle. Daily posting in Google+ and comment on your followers status..
