How many articles should I post in a month

you must do atleast 24 articles in month..

 

it depends on what kind of website you have.....you can post 10 good articles in a month..but they need to be unique...copy content are not eligible.

 

I think, you can post 4-5 article per week but your article should be unique then your article will be approved by Google team.

 

10 articles a month is more than enough if you are submitting good quality articles.

 

You select a article sites with good page rank and make sure that site provide do-follow so this is helpful....

And you change your meta content but make sure also change in sitemap and webmaster tool..

You use your main keyword only for home page not added an any other pages and time for submission you added a that keyword and that link so this is good.....

 

Entirely depends on the keywords you are targeting.

 

You should post one article daily but it should be unique content and should be user friendly otherwise your link may be count as spamming.

You should post as many as possible. But take care that you're not just posting for posting's sake, make sure they're quality articles, with article posting its always quality over quantity.

 

For my low income sites, I post about once or twice a week. I might not gain to much trafic, but you wont lose any. For my better sites, I post 3-5 a day.

 

There is no hard and fast rules and numbers of submitting your content. But you must submit fresh unique articles with more than 450+ words and 7%-12% keyword density.


You can change the meta information and you do not need to submit a xml sitemap again for this.

For your keyword's problem I think your website have multiple number of pages relating to the same keyword i.e sales in india. This may be in the form of "how to increase sales in India", "Online Selling in India", etc. Under such a situation your overall website will be ranked instead of your subpages. I f you need to increase the rankings of your subpages you can simply write bigger articles and create more backlinks for that article.
