Selling IMTerms.com – Internet Marketing Wikipedia site + MarketingSlang.com Domain

My name is Kevin Perry, and I am the Manager of North American Operations for 6StarMedia.com and NicheBang.com. The former provides niche website design and marketing services, and the latter is a B2B design, marketing and consulting business. These businesses take up most my time now, so my personal niche sites must go to new owners that can get them to their full potential.

    What Am I Selling?
I am selling a site that was specifically built as an authority site project: http://IMTerms.com, plus the domain MarketingSlang.com that I was going to use as an internet marketing dictionary. IMTerms is basically a Wikipedia-like site of internet marketing terms, websites, strategies and people. The potential is there to turn this site into a 2500-page monster resource site with time and effort. It’s a great platform for affiliate marketing, as you will see I have added affiliate banners to all pages.

What do I get with the Site?

    • A site created using the Wordpress CMS with the Wikeasi theme from Woo Themes ($40 Value)
    • 22 unique content posts of at least 400 words, plus areas for affiliate products on each page ($200 Value)
    • 155 indexed pages in Google
    • 3 different monetization methods with suggestions on a few more
    • An ebook with 53 pages of internet marketing terms that you could turn into posts (Priceless!)
    • A 6-page document that I created with a topic checklist for new posts (Priceless!)
    • An optimized Mobile Site that automatically displays a mobile version of the site when someone views the site on their Smartphone. ($150 Value)
    • A Twitter page that will automatically post a link to any new article you add to the blog (https://twitter.com/imterms) ($100 Value)
    • A Wordpress Beginners Guide that we give all our NicheBang.com customers (Priceless)
    • Our Handover Guide that explains what we’ve done to the site and suggestions going forward (Priceless)
    • Aside from the site, you also get the domain MarketingSlang.com that you could forward to this site, or create an entirely separate internet marketing dictionary.

What Monthly Traffic Does IMTerms.com Get?
For the last 4 months according to Awstats, the site has averaged just over 250 unique visitors and 1500 page views per month. As more posts are added and backlinking stated, this number will increase exponentially.

    Is The Site Monetized?
Adsense, Clickbank, and hosting affiliate programs have been added to the site, but we are not claiming any income at this time, although we have made some. This is your job! The site is priced to sell. We’ve done the hard work, now it’s time for you to make this site a winner!

How Else Can The Site Be Monetized?
Amazon has over 30,000 internet marketing products that can be added to the site and reviewed:
    http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_n...ernet+marketing&rh=i:aps,k:internet+marketing

Clickbank has about 3000 products that can be added to the site and reviewed:
    https://www.clickbank.com/mkplSearchResult.htm?dores=true&includeKeywords=internet+marketing
There are also many other affiliate merchants such as Paydotcom, ShareASale, Commission Junction which can earn you an affiliate commission.

Does The Site Come With Any Original Content?
Yes, the site has 22 original articles of at least 400 words as well as a 6-page document and 54-page eBook with hundreds of topics for future posts.
Apart from the great price, are there any bonuses?

Yes, we will host the site for 3 months on our 6StarMedia hosting server at no extra charge if the buyer wishes. We offer your own cPanel access with unlimited space and bandwidth. If you wish to stay with us past the 3 month period, the cost is $5/month or $50 per year. If the buyer wishes to host the site elsewhere, just simply provide us with your cPanel details and we will take care of the rest free of charge.

The domains are registered at GoDaddy.com and I recommend that the buyer opens an account there (it’s free) and that will make for a fast domain transfer. The domain transfer is free of charge as well.
Why Is This Site For Sale?

As I mentioned earlier, 6StarMedia.com and NicheBang.com take up all my time, so I would like to get rid of any distractions and sell off all my other sites so I can give my full attention to my growing business.
Let me know if you have further questions on http://www.IMTerms.com or MarketingSlang.com (domain only).

    Take care,
    Kevin Perry

If by &&&!!& you mean full of potential then you are absolutely correct.

Word of advice....if you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything at all.

    Take care,

    Kevin
