Will you explain a bit more? we already explained that one view per 24 hours will be accounted for every unique IP you send. no matter how many single IP views image it will count one.

India was in Tier-2 and rate was $1.20/1000 views and now it's gone and move to tier-3! Also they mention $1.20/1000 Views but actually giving less than that!

It's better if you run site after proper testing as one side you say $1.20 per 1000 views which means $0.0012 per view but your site credited $0.0008! So you can get idea what's going wrong! Hope it will fix soon!
