I have loads of movie content that i have uploaded and have been sharing in many forums ...but never thought of posting it in a blog ..... But now iam learning and want to start my Own blog ....and I need Help reg.This.... 1. Need some tips on structuring the blog...may be a tutorial on starting a new blog would be very helpful .... 2. Monetizing the Blog ....Please provide me some simple ways to monetize my blog... Iam pretty new to all terms in affiliate marketing ...so help me out with this... Any tutorial for beginners on this would be helpful..... I tried Adsense as a trial ...but it's not accepting due to the content nature of the blog..any other alternatives.... and how to add them ?? 3. Ways of attracting visitors.... Hello, you have google for that and also the forum search function. You need to do it slowly, take one problem at a time, first study your blog structure, what you want to put inside, etc. then the rest will come.
Structure your blog in whatever way you think your readers will benefit most from the information you post on your blog. If you have mainly movie content you probably want to structure your blog in a simple way because your readers aren't interested in sifting through lots of information to find what they want. If they want to know the name of a movie or an actor make it easily available to them! I don't know anything about the movie niche but if you are having problems structuring your blog just take a look at what your competitors are doing and emulate their success (build on what they have done with thier blogs and use their success to come up with better ideas for your success, don't just copy!) If you can't put google ads on your website try another form of marketing like affiliate marketing or in-text link ads or something of that sort. There are tonnes of ways to make money online. the best way for a new marketer to attract visitors is through SEO. Get your articles that you wrote put up on your website, then start adding more content every day. On top of adding new content every day you can start building backlinks to your website through article marketing. You just need to write articles and submit them to article directories, then have each article link back to your main website. You will get visitors this way and you will increase your main website's rankings in the search engines. You can write 100 books on how to market websites on-line. You are in the begginer stage which requires lots of reserach and experimenting. Keep reading internet marketing forums to find more information on how to market online, and start building content for your blog and building backlinks at the same time and eventually everything will work out. I suggest looking at other peoples blogs, and the way they are laid out, including how they have placed their advert links to make it not look too spammy, and how they have tied it in with their content. I wouldn't recommend paying for advertising just yet. Just add to your blog everyday, or as often as you can, so it makes your blog look more active (people may even follow your blog). And for marketing it, produce genuine articles and post them in places like ezinearticles with your backlink to your blog in your resource box. They will bring traffic into your site. Try to make 1 a day, or more, but it depends on the time you have. Also, look for sites or blogs simular to yours and ask the owner if they would be interested in a link exchange. It's all about your Blog content. You need good posts to get visitors but to really succeed you need some amazing, spectacular content. Something that people are going to tell their friends about.
As long as you get your blog more popular, so that the amount of traffic becomes grows large, I'd advice you to check international ad networks to monetize it. I dunno, which exact region we're talking about here, but Asian traffic, for instance, can be well-monetized via Epom Market, as far as I'm concerned. Hope I could help
wo... its two year old thread. Why dig such old threads? By the way,for the OP Write quality blogs regularly. You should always give informative blogs and write regularly. Invite guest bloggers. Guest bloggers can help to drive their traffic in to your site since their blogs have links. Employ search engines. Have links to Engines such as Google and Yahoo. They play a major role increasing traffic.
I agree, dont try to rush into internet marketing. It would only hurt and delay your success. If you want traffic i, suggest you find out more about SEO, its the best.
Hi Speedblitz, Good luck with your venture. Blogging is great fun and can become lucrative should you be persistant. Dont get hung up on SEO. Get involved with content syndication. (Write great articles and guest post them on high traffic blogs in your niche) This will give you more traffic in your initial year than SEO ever will, and its free.
