I totally agree with the multitasking. I can have several windows open with great efficiency. I liked Vista when I had it though. 7 is just better.

wll, this is quite an obvious answer.

windows 7 is much better, and also supports much gaming the the inferior vista

The performance of windows 7 is far more better than vista. It makes my pc faster. Its function is also easy and handy.

There is anything that Vista does better than 7, anything at all. It's uglier, it's slower, it's older.. There is an endless list of problems I could mention, so just stick with 7, or 8.

I think Windows Vista is out dated, Now Windows 7 is more populated in the world, the system's minimum requirement are 1 gb of ram and Any Intel core processors.

No doubt Win 7. Win 7 is far more updated, user friendly, with so many cool features where Vista lag behind.

Win7 is much better than vista, it is more stable and a joy to use. you can use 512 mb,but if you are doing a lot of downloading and other operations I recommend at least 2gig ram. I am using 2 gig atm and would like to upgrade to 4gb,but the compaq I am using only allows 2 gig. So rather than change out the board I will be looking for another comp in the near future.

My take, you can't compare Windows Vista with Windows 7. The reason you could be using Vista is if your PC has low specs. The solution for you is - get a new high end comp..
