    Hi there is no fastest way to get results quickly. The only thing you can do is to promote your site slowly and gradually. Make sure to build quality links. According to me 30 quality links per month will be a good idea. Also these days social marketing is doing very good to promote website and marketing expert using these site flawlessly. I must say please include pinterest also on your list.
