    If you try and make multiple accounts you will realize Google doesn't want you doing that. You are supposed to only have one account. Obviously people will have multiple websites to cater to, so of course it's fine to have the codes on different websites.

    You can use Adsense ads on any of your site with only one approved Adsense account

    no mate you can use adsense account for everysite which you have or your friend but you must sure that these site is under the google TOS and than you have no prob you can use adsense

    You are not allowed to create multiple Adsense account. You can use your one Adsense account on multiple website.

    Yep you can use adds on as many as sites you have. There is no limitation about this. You can check Google Adsense Support.
