    I have improved design by reading previous reviews from dp friends. Do I need any extra changes. I am getting good advertising offers so for more professional look what I need to do?

    It's a nice site but a bit cluttered.

    The dentist logo at the top doesn't work for me. Perhaps try a magic wand with some sparkle or some glistening teeth.

    I don't know much about adsense ads, but most of them (on many sites - not just yours) look really unappealing. Do they produce much revenue? Perhaps there's a way that you can format them to look a bit more stylish.

    The top banner ad needs more padding at the bottom as it seems to crash into the text below.

    I'd try to include some pictures or even a short video as the site seems to be totally text based.
