    Actually I think Google has sand boxed DP for the keyword Nintendo, I cant find it anywhere which is surprising for an "old" member who is mentioned almost everyday in different threads.

    vbSEO wouldn't make a difference. The site's doing very well in Google, and wouldn't really benefit from tools like that.

    Well I have 218 000 with vbseo installed. But it kills my server and now I can't uninstall it since it's been there for almost a year :(

    I know this has been brought up before I jus couldnt find the thread to bump.

    Why not run something like VbSEO on DP or VRewrite (Buggy) on DP?

    I now the guys from vBSEO use DP aswell, so Im sure they will have something to input into this thread. I would like to see the addition on the forum and it would definatly make searching more relevant in SE for DP articles or forum posts.

    I too like the idea of SE friendly urls. But, introducing URL rewrite at this stage will either make the present links broken or search engines will consider the new pages as duplicates. Correct me if I'm wrong.

    On second consideration you are probably right about the queries, I remmber the big nuke when the servers were overloaded.

    Well, there's more than enough backend power to handle the queries. It's been discussed before, but I'll recap it...
    • vBSEO is compiled, and no "secret" code is going to be running on our servers
    • The URLs are ugly... what some people call "search engine friendly", I call ugly.
    • Search engines already love the URLs here.
