Fourthly, I submit this article to an article directory, such as EzineArticles. Fifthly, I make links to this article in my blog and in some social sites like Twitter and Facebook. Using these five things I usually land in the first page of Google, and sometimes I land in number 1 of the first page.

Yes, these are basic. The first two you mentioned can be accomplished by the software of Keyword Sniper Pro. The free version does not give you the statistics for the keywords. But it does give you the keywords you can write about to get SEO. I tried Noble Samurai before but it is very slow. Keyword Sniper Pro is very fast.
