You got a lot of things to tell about PANDA.But i have to ask a question that if a site has quality content but still have no PR then will this going to affect the ranking of the overall website or not??

 

Google Panda is all about opposing the spammers or website spammers who use duplicate contents.

 

Pr is something you have n direct control over, and the best way to try achieve PR is quality content. If Content is unique, most probable you are going to gain PR. Take into account PR is not instant, its updated every couple months only, so be patient

 

This means that not anymore sites with very few content of justa few words will be able to rank top 3.
At least it should have 2400 words in lenght, or so says panda update
