I'm not a big breakfast eater but I still force myself to atleast get something in me... Typically it's just a Whey Protein Shake.

I try to have big breakfast every day. Some nutritionists say that our metabolism burns fat fastest in the morning, so we should eat grease as a part of our breakfast. So, eggs with bacon is my usual choice
