I am looking to sell my payday loan sites which I monetized about 3-4 months ago. The design was created and coded by me.

The revenue comes from the following affiliate programs - T3Leads, Quiddi and WageDayAdvance - All the revenue has been generated by Payday.st (PurePayday.com is just a bonus domain/site for the buyer and focuses on the US Payday Loan Market).

Revenue Breakdown - in US$ and GBP£
July - £144 revenue from Quiddi

August - £181.60 + £14.28 revenue from Quiddi (The £14.28 is from someone who signed up via the affiliate link in the footer)

September - $385 revenue from T3 Leads

There was also two sales for £60 (August & September) from WageDayAdvance, but due to their affiliate system there is no way of showing a screenshot of this revenue to prove this.

Revenue has been generated by adverts posted on classified sites, reviews posted, forum posts on sites such as money.co.uk and a few free press releases.
I have created a automated bot which does most of the work for me, which I will include with the sale and I run twice a day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon. I will also give instructions on how to use it as well as support, updates and free hosting for at least 30 days after the sale.

The bot is not for sale or available to anyone else, so if for your exclusive use with this site.

I plan to advertise this on Flippa next month if it doesn't sell before then.

how do u get your leads, are you advertising on PPC

 

I don't use pay per click or any paid for advertising at the moment.

Currently I get the leads via free advertising including review sites, forums, free press releases and classified sites. As mentioned in the post I have created an automated bot for this purpose which is included as part of the sale.

I see you see also link to other site from your self : pay2pocket , exact copy of the others .. how many copies you have ?
And are you put them in the sale aswell ?

 

The sale includes Payday.st and PurePayday.com - Pay2Pocket.com is currently being redesigned and isn't included in the sale. The design will only be used on the two sites that are included in the sale.

Today and over the weekend there have been three more lead sales
$1.60, $2.30, $12.80
Taking septembers revenue to $401.70

The beginning and end of the month tend to generate decent sales due to the nature of the business, so hopefully can get close to $500 revenue this month

 

Slow day yesterday, with 3 declined applications and 1 sale, but still a sale adding $17.60 to this months total.
Also had $2.30, $2.30 & $3.20 the day before.
