    hi Eric,
    it's good that your website is ranking in google.com but as you want to get your website ranked in google.co.in you would have to find few indian based forums & directories where you can submit a backlink of your website.
    it will be also helpful if you could contact few webmasters who has websites with .in or .co.in TLD's and exchange links.

    Google search engine responsible for local search so if you need search ranking in specific country then moved and listing the entire local directory, classifieds and business listing sites.

    And one more important thing is that your website domain extension must be .co.in or .in extension that gets fast response.
