Add "monkey nuts" to an alt tag

By header do you mean <h1>?

For baclinks have monkey nuts, and variations of that phrase, fresh monkey nuts, etc.

Your alt tags should be: Money Nuts Image
That way, people with a browser that doesn't support images will know it's an image, AND you will have the keyword in the Alt Tag.

The header should contain the keyword (or the site name) between H1 tags.

title: If your site is new: target a keyphrase that is a bit longer than monkey nuts (so less competition)
if your site has been there for a while, then use the exact phrase for your title, you can add a few words after it, but i would suggest keep it short

heading: If you mean heading, then do the same thing (with h1 or h2), but with heading, you can make it a bit more descriptive than your title, make sure include your keywords.

Backlinks: use "monkeys nuts" for sure, but when you acquire backlinks, use some variations

Alt: do what makes sense, if your img shows "buy monkeys nuts" then alt="Buy monkeys nuts"

Even if your website is beautifully designed, but yet does not attract traffic, it is not going to help your business as much as it could without some basic SEO tips.
