    I am looking to sell an iPhone, iPad, iOS website at geekfori.com.

    It has a Twitter Account (1200+), Facebook Fan Page (3000+) and RSS/Mailchimp followers.

    The site has over 780 posts and over 3300 comments.

    There has been no advertising done, no backlinks outside of natural responses on other sites etc.

    Pagerank is 2 but should be higher with incoming links.

    SEO Is on page and done via the Wordpress Theme.

    We rank high (in top 10) for the following keywords/phrases plus many many more

    I have only used Adsense for a week or so and have only one ad unit on posts older than 7 days. I have averaged around 60 cents to 1.50 a day.

    Please let me know any questions. This is a loved site and a baby of mine and a few other authors who have come to my rescue.

    Only reason I am selling is due to time constraints.

    What is your reserve price ? You know that the price of a website is usually 8-10 times of its montly reveunue..

    The stats are attached to the auction are they not? I attached Google Analytics.

    Either way we have from 12k to 25k a month in terms of pageviews. This is dependent upon the amount of posts and the ongoings at Apple etc. Example - when iOS6 came out, our "how to upgrade to iOS6" post was huge.

    This guy is a joke. It says no reserve and welcome any bids and yet when I offer $200 he got annoyed saying I didn't read his post and I'm a lowball. He wants to sell it at $1k with income of $1.50/day. I don't care if a site has 500k posts and 1M comments, if isn't making money, then it is worthless.
    Best to get off that high horse you riding and be realistic with your valuation of your site. Rant over.
