How to promote my forum?

I have a forum makingimoney.com I'm looking for ways to promote this forum, please help, it has now page rank 1 but not too many visitors..

I want around 1 million visitors monthly..

Please let me know if you have some helpful tips.

You really should have talked to someone before you launched that. If you can't afford a designer there is frankly no way on gods green earth that you can afford the servers required to deal with a million visitors a month.

Just sayin, you really need to go back to the drawing board on that one and totally rethink things.

Aside from it running free stuff etc., you never, ever launch a forum with a boatload of categories that are effectively empty.

Find the keywords for your website. Do seo for target keywords. It will help to increase the traffic to website.

 

Promoting forum is not easy work at all. your forum is about makingmoney which has a high competition. Don't be frustrated, you still have chance to promote your forum. I can recommend to do the followings:

Maybe, you didnt do a good keyword research. If you have, then add google adsense at least.

 

That is a huge amount of visits to reach.I guess the others gave you all the advices I would have give you . You will have to work hard to get such an amount of visits.

 

If you want to promote your forums then you should use social media website which are the best to get more traffic for your forums. just join some groups which have more and more members in Facebook and promote your forum in these groups. I hope you will get good traffic from this method.

Is possible try hard to promote on other internet marketing forum as well. It would be great if you have changes to exchange link with those related content forum .

I believe you can actually find lot of make money online forum as well, get some traffic from there by placing some ads , guest posting and blog comment posting.
