Private Messages missing

Recently I have noticed that sometimes private messages have gone missing. I would say that about 10-15% private messages lost.

I receive emails that 'You have received a new private message at Digital Point Forums...' but those messages do not appear in my Private Messages Inbox.

Can you post one of the emails in its entirety?

Maybe it was a SPAM message and was deleted before you logged into DP. :)

@alexau, I have a feeling digitalpoint will require more identifying information, as that is just a generic template. Date and time, for example, and also the sender's username.

I have just replaced the username and subject to ZZZZZZZZZ before it posting here. I did not want to post real message.

I can confirm that those messages look legitimate. I have contacted the users and they actually did send me private messages.

Well, without seeing the message in it's entirety (as originally requested) including things like the original email headers, there's not a lot we can look at on our end unfortunately.
