Hello Friends! i started a new website about downloading games just a month ago , i posted around 60 games to downlaoad with good text content , keywords , descriptions etc Curruntly im getting around 200 unique visitors from search engines & increasing day by day , so any one can advice me that how my site going? is it ok in starting or not.Thanks in advance

 

Your site is going OK. You can increase more visitors though link building and increase popularity with social networking.

That is progress. Do you have an interactive forum with the visitors that come to your site? You could engage them. One way is through commenting on the games you are offering. That way, you will also improve on your products.

There are a lot of ways that you can use to increase the traffic to your website. As many said you need to follow SEO strategies (White hat SEO).

Write some articles (should be fresh and unique) for guest blogs or for your own website and post. Then start promoting your articles. Google is giving priority to the quality of the Content. Since your website is about games you can write articles about games. Make sure to add few backlinks to your website.

You also can register in few forums and add posts regarding your website. But you should be very careful with forums since most of the forums are not allowing you to add links.

Start Link Exchanging with similar websites. Contact them and ask for Link Exchange.

And the other best option is Social Media. Use Facebook, Digg, Twitter as much as possible. Add social media buttons on your pages. You also can share your articles through Social Media.

Just imagine you get 5000 visitors next day. You will be very happy but now you should think about managing Traffic. If you have a shared hosting you can't afford a huge traffic. You can go for a VPS or Dedicated Server. Dedicated Servers are expensive. You can simply go for a VPS hosting plan. I did this two years ago for a website. I had a huge traffic and had to move to a good VPS (bought from VPSWEBSERVER). I could handle all the traffic and I was very happy with the uptime too.

The progress of your website is totally depend on your effort you put on the website.
