Buying Image/Banner for the home page

Hi everybody,
my client has a website in HTML and asked me to change the image on his website with a new one, I can provide you in private the website.
Here is what he asked:
long winding road with a rainbow at the end with ocean on side
Ask question "are you a road to nowhere?" I can get you headed in the right direction

I need 2 images, one with the phrases in english and one with the phrases in Spanish, but I dont have the translation so if you are from Spain or latino and you can tell it to me I would be grateful.

Tell me how much will you ask for an image like that and how long you will need to do that.

Thanks everybody for the interest, the problem is one:
I paid somebody to do it already and he did an horrible job, its just an image with a text on top which I can do too -.-' not much a designer work, so I think I'll move this to the contest section as I dont want keep paying people for bad work
