    I am wondering if i could get a backlink from digitalpoint forum itself? Someone has guided me to create a signature for my profile here on this website forum. He said it will boost your ranking.

    Is it correct to do so? Let me know.

    Yes he is right .Digital point forum is very very famous and fantastic site.There are a lot of traffic in this site .Although these links are no follow but they can give you amazing benefits.

    one feature of being a DP member is the ability to turn off signatures, so i dont see any sigs at all.

    Seriously dont expect alot of people to see your signature at all.

    it is good for traffic but not for seo. also google dont crawl these links because when we are log off from the site the links dont appears.

    If you look at this thread once you are logged out, you cannot see the signatures. Therefore they are for member's eyes only
