What is the cause of unhappiness?

Unsatisfied is the main cause, we have to be grateful with what we have and not think about those things which we don't have.

Fear and doubt.

Just a moment ago I found a pretty girl from Singapore explaining why guys get friendzoned.

For a terrifying moment my mind was corrupted with this concept. Then I realized I am Russell Crowe from the Gladiator and that I will never be infected by the seed of this fear and doubt that spreads like a virus throughout the Web.

Boys get friendzoned because they believe in it. Truth is, friendzone is just a made up word. You can find this word in many different Player guides being pushed all over the Net. If boys started to act like men they wouldn't be so unhappy with themselves. Who would want to be with someone who is so miserable in the first place? Who doesn't take action or reponsibility for their own life?

Don't believe in this friendzone BS.

Unsatisfied guys are not satisfied with their lives. Worst, is that they don't do anything to change it. Instead of following thier dreams that they have they allow other people to crush them. They settle for not doing their best. They don't try or that they fail and just stop trying.

You should think about these things that you don't have and you go get them. If they require money, you go get that money. That's why rich people are rich, because they do the impossible to be closer to their dream. Their dream is what matters to them.

The cause of unhappiness is irrevelant at this point. Because the dream is more important. You maybe unhappy now because the road to happyness is hard and brutal. But when you reach happy. When you get happy. When you grab that dream and unite it to realiality

 

it is mainly because our attitude. in my opinion, if we are satisfied with what we have, then we will be in the happy mood.

 

I think that's a great statement, however that's easier said than done for most people.

 

Desire. but it's also the driving force of a happy life, so two sides of the same coin. All in moderation.

 

Self pity is the root cause of some unhappiness. However some unhappiness can also be caused by associating with the wrong types of people.
Don't feel sorry for yourself and choose your associates wisely.

 

Love as we all know.

 

many person are not satisfied her job, position and many much things..
So i think unsatisfied is the main cause for unhappiness...

Stress is one of the main cause of unhappiness.

 

unhappy life and negative emotions are the key to unhappiness as when person has a lot of problems he is not successful at work and satisfied with his private life he is really unhappy one.

It is very difficult to answer but i think too much demand is the main cause of unhappiness.

 

Sin, which keeps heart painful.

Last Prophet Muhammad Peace Be Upon Him said

Hazrat Umar Bin Khattab (May Allah be pleased with him) said

It is good not to do Sin.

 

Little or no money is the biggest cause i guess.

 

the desire to want things so badly that if we figure out we cant reach it them we are upset.

so if we accept life as it is then we can be happy.

 

When you are expecting to anyone too much and they don't help you that time then it creates a negative review for him. You also lose your hope to him and you get upset. So, don't hope to anyone to anymore.

 

Lack of relationship with God is the main cause unhappiness. If you want to be happy get to know Jesus...

 

Unsatisfactory of human being is a big reason of un happiness. with the help of contentment we can live happy and make the other people happy also.
