How to bring top in google.com?

Actually my website comes on google.co.in..., but i need to bring in google.com...What i want to do?

 

If you have to target the whole world i.e. google.com, then create lots of quality backlinks and quality content.

 

If you are targeting any GEO area than google will rank your site on their particular country specific site. If you like to rank your site on google.com you have to target worlwide/US based keywords.
