    $230 is not very high for this site. Not high at all. $25 average income, I would say 10 months is a fair price at $250 for this niche, this is a good deal. I sell a bunch of sites at average 12 - 16 months revenue. I would jump on this but I don't need any vision/medial sites at this moment.
