Your website does not proper and appealing content. Try to insert good amount of content to attract people to view your other pages. this will definitely increase the "Page Views" of your website. Try to give more information what people are looking for the products on your website. if you are giving services then kindly stress on this factor.

If i have to say it is rather plain and do not attract readers. You can try to improve the content of your page to decrease the bounce rate.

Try to use the appropriate keyword and Site links. Go to Takeshi Yashima Blog and view the site links of all the pages you may then get an idea how to set the Site links...

Try and do some A/B split testing to see what you users like more. You can also use google analytics to show where you are receiving most of your clicks. This helps a lot!

Good content helps. People stay longer and also go back if content is good. Try to be more creative for your homepage too. Split testing, as undergroundseo said will also help. It could be trial and error and you will learn and see from there. I checked your site, not really sure about what you are selling, but I suggest that you include testimonials or feedback from past clients. That could help visitors to stay longer. :)

The only way to reduce the bounce rate is to offer visitors more content. This can be some interesting posts or appealing links to other posts/pages on the site.
Adding videos often can be helpful in lowering the bounce rate.

Make it appealing, attractive, good content based, customer service oriented and bounce rate must decrease. If the visitors do not get the things they are looking for, they will leave soon. it is natural.

You need to put valid and keyword targeted contents on the site. Optimize the site to search engine friendly. Make the site user friendly, so that the visitors can stay for longer time. If there is quality then definitely there is chance to reduce the bounce rate.

I am not sure about the same, but i observed that for any page you visit from your website the url in the browser does not change. Can that be the primary issue?

Although i know that analytics code gets fried as soon as new page opens up, but m still being skeptical here.

You should make your website more user friendly to control bounce rate and create relevant contents to gain visitors trust.

    1) Make site navigation as easy as possible.
2)Cut back your main page down to essentials.
3)Make sure you install the analytics code on all the pages of your website.
4)Include quality content and highlight your best posts above the fold.
5)Write a tag-line or blurb for your main page.
6)Add Polls To Get Visitor’s Opinions & Keep Them Busy.
7)Make your site easy on the eye with mild graphics and layout.

If your site already indexed by google and visible to google search result atleast not more than 10 position you should be fine you only need more site links your site for you to get on top. AS for the bounce rate there are lot of factors behind it could be you site loading time is too slow check and analyze the reason of being slow maybe java script error or something else. Another thing is your page content and the design try to increase the social media sharing, neat design, nice fonts and proper wording. If you could support it with video people nowadays would love to listen than to read.

Visit your site as visitor not as an owner and try to be a critics than " I love you own" work and write down your comment and do it
