Buying Need Website Cloned (With original Graphics and Such) gets $200

    UI Design + Web Programming Needed.
    Fixed price project.

    Developer will be responsible for cloning a site with keeping fresh, unique graphics..
    Developer will show mockup design to client within 1-2 days so client can pick colors etc (some colors that I like orange, blue, green .. think web 2.0 and 3.0 graphics)


    You will be responsible for everything. Graphics, Layout, Animation video that goes on the home page.
    You will have to explain to me how the Publisher piece works as I'm still not clear about that.
    Site needs to have dashboard which displays live stats from the video , impressions etc (same as the site in hyperlink below)

    Developer will deliver this in 1 weeks and under $200 (budget)
    Developer will not exceed this timeframe or budget unless it is pre-approved.
    Payment Terms:
    25% Upfront payment will be given to those who have good itraders.
    Remaining 75% Payment will be released once the website is fully completed.
    Client may choose to give developer milestone bonus in 4 days if website is 75% complete.
    All work would be done on client's website and client's FTP.

    Most people, especially smart and skilled ones, aren't going to be willing to build your site on your server without something to ensure payment, like a deposit. If you'd like to reconsider your terms to a 50/50 deposit and completion payment let me know... But just in case it's something right up my alley please let me know what site it is you are wanting to clone. If it's something I want for myself then I can just make 2 clones at the same time, then the deposit might not be as important....
