    Or resolution team will look into the matter if the other party remains unresponsive for 7 days. From there, we will mediate the dispute and strive towards favorable results :)

    As for the funds you sent your friend, was there a reference umber generated? I suggest double checking the email address you sent the funds to. Also, if it's the wrong one, cancel the transaction and re send it to the right address.

    Hey itechyou, thanks for the screen shots It will be about 2-3 days for the reversals to process. Just remember that when you send more than one reply to a ticket it resets your priority, that would explain the delays.

    Wire deposits should take 2-4 biz days. If it takes longer, something may have gone wrong along the process. Most of the time it's got to do with the transaction reference number. Send us a support ticket with your details. Be sure to include a proof of deposit such as a screen shot of your online banking or a scan of your banks paper work.

    I mean, I sent you guys my Bank statements and proof for that, and you are still holding the money because you just can't find the problem in your system? Thats your problem not mine! I wil have to call my lawyer for this I am afraid.

    Hi Marco,I know PayPal is not working in full in all countries. In some countries you can just submit payemnt and receive payments to your PayPal account, BUT you CANNOT withdraw yourr money from PayPal account to your bank located int hat country. How is this with Payza? Do you work in all countries? Thank you.

    Yesterday I raised a dispute regarding a transaction. But, today morning i got a mail from supportdesk@payza.com, asking me to close the
    dispute so the amount will be returned to my account.

    But, I wanted to know, whether the email is legitimate? As it was sent from "supportdesk@payza.com via messagingengine.com"

    If its not from payza, which department I need to forward or refer the issue.
