    Yes, but its decreased by google due to the nature of the website and the links it has to other websites. That is not accounted for in the actual ranking. So the actual pagerank can be greater but if the google PR is greater than the actual PR then there is something wrong, because you don't have enough back links to support your claim of PR 5.
    Which means the PR is forged.

    I just analysed this domain and it has some very good backlinks including some from wikipedia, there is nothing forged about it from what I can tell and its better than most domains you are going to find here

    The backlinks from wiki are nofollow. it has one other dofollow link PR5, but only one. Not a very strong PR5 site being sold here, you have been warned.
